CAPCA operates an Emergency Shelter program when United Way funds are available. Eligible households experiencing homelessness may receive up to 3 nights hotel stay to allow them time to obtain permanent housing.
CAPCA operates a Rental Assistance program when United Way funds are available. Eligible households may apply for assistance on the first business day of each month by calling 501-329-2667 between 8am and 10am. Please leave your name, a call back phone number, and the number of household members. A CAPCA representative will contact you if funds are available.
CAPCA utilizes United Way funds to help purchase milk and eggs for our emergency food boxes, and food and supplies for the following projects: Student Market, Holiday Food Box, Project Homeless Connect, and the Veggies for All Community Gardens
